Grilled Chicken Burger

Directions
1. Butterfly the chicken breasts in half into thinner cutlets for even cooking. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Optionally butter and toast the buns on a grill over low heat. Evenly spread the buns with The Original Japanese Dipping Sauce
3. Grill the chicken breast over a medium-hot, generously oiled grill, for 2-5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through, flipping as needed. Generously brush both sides of the chicken breast with Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce. Grill for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute per side.
4. Top the chicken with slices of cheese, let the cheese melt, then move the chicken to the buns.
5. Finish the burger by adding tomatoes, lettuce. Enjoy while hot!

• 4 chicken breasts
• 4 tbsp butter, room temp, optional
• 4 brioche burger buns
• 4 slices cheddar cheese
• 4 leaves lettuce
• 4 slices tomato
