Five Alarm Fire Wings
- Cook Time: 30 Minutes

Directions
1. Season the wings with salt and pepper, then toss in cornstarch.
2. Brush the air fryer racks and wings with oil, then fry for 18 minutes at 360ºF.
3. Check and fry for 2-4 minutes at 400ºF if extra color is desired.
4. Toss in the sauce, then top with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds as desired.
Dip wings with The Original or Sweet & Spicy Japanese Dipping Sauce for even more delicious flavor.

• 2 tbsp neutral oil, divided
• 1/3 cup Bachan’s Hella Hot Barbecue Sauce
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• red pepper flakes, optional
• sesame seeds, optional
